These photos were taken 10 weeks apart.
Ash came to me to drop her weight but it wasn't the weight that was the problem, it was her body fat percentage that was alarming.
She was severely under-eating resulting in very low energy, binged alcohol on a weekly basis and has a stressful job.
Before commencing training which was 4 days per week for 45 mins. We needed to fix up her nutrition, we increased her calorie intake progressively from 1000 calories per day to 1800-2200 calories per day. We moderated her alcohol consumption to 2 drinks only. From just improving her nutrition and alcohol consumption she become less stressed at work.
Ash is happy with her result and is looking forward to coming back to training to continue what she started. She's currently enjoying two weeks holidaying in sunny Mexico!

Client Eve going thru a hip mobility exercise using the traction technique.
Eve has been experiencing pain in her left knee 6 weeks ago. The pain didn't subside after Physio treatment or rehab program.
We performed this for 3 sets holding for 1 min. We retested after by performing a squat and she felt no pain in her left knee.
You can say she's pretty happy with the result!

WELCOME BACK!
Client Shabham 1st training session today with Coach Allan.
She's had a break since November, in that time she went on a long holiday to Turkey. After returning from Turkey she lost all habits and motivation to return to the gym.
Her goal is to lose body fat and improve her health. Watch this space and follow her journey.

A Good Coach is only as Good as the Client.
The partnership between coach and student must meet in the middle.
Adherence and Accountability is KEY!
The coach has done all the work and planning required to reach a realistic goal.
The client's responsibility is to:
- attend all training sessions
- consume prescribed nutrition recommendations
- reduce stressors
- get optimal sleep
Just remember that a coach may only be with you 1-4 hours of the week, The rest of the day/week is up to you...
