I am a qualified personal trainer, I have extensive knowledge on training and nutrition, helping my clients achieve weight loss and fitness goals both through training and dieting. As of 2015 I will be studying my Masters Degree in Sport and Exercise Science

Certificate III in fitness
Certificate IV in fitness
Diploma in Business, Specialized to fitness
Bachelor of Sport and Recreation - Majoring in Sport and Exercise Science

Can music really help with exercise? The research thinks so!
A recent study shows that music did indeed improve exercise capacity in elderly women. If you train without music, try give it a go!

A recent study done assessing dietary strategies to combat cancer showed a low carbohydrate, high fat approach (otherwise known as a ketogenic diet) has been found to stop tumor growth completely in patients, as judged by MRI and PET imaging, with the rate of tumor growth recurring 10 weeks following suspension of this dietary protocol
