Hi all would like to share this article i read in the yoga jornal magazine on ways to be kinder to yourself.
1 Quite talking negative talk : "i look awful" and replace it with positive talk :"i look and feel great"
2 Say no to worry. "Instead we should use our inner wisdom to plan ahead for these issue so we can face them with confidence an then there is no need to panic."
3 Take a nap taken naps can lead to a new state of being including more happiness ,wealth, love and creativity. if that's not being kind to yourself, what is ?
4 Say no to guilt . In her book how to heel toxic thoughts,Sandra Ingerman tell us "when you allow yourself to get lost in the energy of guilt you are essentially kicking yourself," she says, so its important to act lovingly towards your self as well as others "since you, too ,are precious being that should not be harmed." Nice
5 Be grateful. When thing a going well , gratitude helps us celebrate the goodness in our lives.but when things are going badly that gratitude is the most important."In the face of demoralisation,gratitude has the power to energise,"these are just a few ways to be kinder to your self i recommend you get a copy of this months yoga journal and read the full article and many more great story'.
