About Soulga Yoga & Healing Center

The word Soulga comes from the two words Soul and Yoga. This is a brand that encompasses many components, all related to self-realization and the joining of body, mind and soul. Our offerings include: Bikram Yoga (a therapeutic series of twenty-six postures (Asana) and two breathing techniques (Pranayama), designed to provide optimal health and true happiness within), Meditation practices (to help us let go of all fear, anxiety and stress so that we can move on towards happiness and love), Self-development workshops (to help harness our creative imagination & help us move beyond limitation so that we can gain new perspectives and manifest our deepest desires), and the Soulga brand of active wear (a collection of yoga wear and individually hand-dyed garments available in striking color combinations, drawing inspiration from the vibrant colors of the 7 major Chakras).
