As beginners who have never played a comp together before, our volleyball team put up a real fight this year! Winning our first ever game together and staying dedicated to a positive mindset (despite the last minute fixture changes and disappointing organisation) was our biggest achievement.

A huge thank you to our wonderful and patient coach, ! Thank you for not letting us get in our heads and for keeping it fun 🧡 we will forever be your cheer squad at your games too!

As club owner, I am incredibly proud of every woman on this team. We’ve been training together every week and have learnt so many new skills over the past few months. The steep learning curve was not easy, but us girls have improved so much so quickly.

It is truly inspiring - we are living proof that being a beginner later in life is not something you should shy away from. All you need is a supportive community to help lift you up and there is nothing you can’t learn or conquer 🧡

Special shout outs to the mums on the team! You are real role models showing that motherhood and playing sport are not opposing goals. The team will always welcome your kids to training.

We brought home the 1st KS Trophy!!!🥈🏆 A huge congratulations to the KS Gold Netball team! You played incredibly well in the Div 2 competition at the Sikh Games in Melbourne and we are so proud of you.

And to the whole Netball squad, your hard work and commitment throughout training has clearly paid off! Both teams making it to the semi-finals is an incredible accomplishment.

A huge thank you to our netball coaches Aisha and Hannah for taking care of the teams, both physically and mentally. The energy, guidance, and care you both bring to this club, is invaluable and we are so grateful. 🧡

As club owner, it was incredible witnessing all the smiling faces and the fruits of your hard work, and how you raised each other up on and off the court.
