Awesome run based session for the City lunchtime Boot Camp. Between 5.4 and 6.3km around the Rocks, the stairs of Walsh Bay, Circular Quay and up Macquarie St to finish. Wouldn’t be a run through ObservatoryHill without the obligatory “Chin Ups till your eyes Bleed”…

St Leonards group had a beautiful run down to Balls head and back this morning. 7.8km - 266vertical meters 42mins run time - 10mins walk time - 3.5mins idle time… and we were rewarded with this sunrise

1st run of 2025…. Not sure if it was too many drinks over the holiday season or the 60km/h headwinds and sheeting rain, but todays run felt more richly than it should 🤙🏻
Shame the first 3km of the run got missed on the run. As I went round Long Reef on the cliffs, the winds were strong enough to almost blow me off my feet… looking forward to plenty more “TUFF” sessions for 2025….

Massive birthday session for the City Boot camp today. Chin ups “till your eyes bleed”, negative rows off the stairs, Run and finishing with DB clean and press goblet squat supersets, single arm DB row/DB lunge supersets and finishing with Pushups and single arm DB bench press supersets.. great work athletes

Hi Athletes, after a 5 week break, the training cycles start again next week. The Artarmon Army (Tuesday/ Thursday 0845-0945) and St Leonards Boot Camp (Wednesday/Friday 0600-0700) will commence a 10 week training cycle. Will confirm City Boot Camp (Tuesday/Thursday 1230-1315) shortly. PT sessions are running again as of tomorrow at 0700. I am looking forward to training with you all again soon…
