Ive started using an ap called runkeeper to help track my walking.
Here are my current logs
3/1/13 dist 3.36kms, time 34.01 speed 10.08 cal 191
13/1/13 dist 3.08kms, time 30.45 speed 10 cal 177
TODAY dist 3.20kms, time 30.31 speed 9.32 cal 191
ok so you can see there are inconsistancies as its the same track that im walking. By alll means use these aps as a guide and to hold yourself accountable but keep in mind they may not be ebtirely accurate
