Most athletes give 100% to the session and 20% to everything around it. Recovery, mobility, and nutrition aren’t extras — they’re part of the training. Respect the whole process, it’s not a pick and choose.

Over a decade coaching in high performance and some of things I learnt along the way. In a world that’s changing as we speak, I chose to stand 10 toes deep in what I believed in and not get swept away with the crowd.

It’s easy to follow trends, chase improvements rather than growth (multitude of factors come with growth), look for the next best thing, but in reality we have lost our patience in today’s world. Slow and steady always wins the race.

WHY REST BETWEEN SETS MATTER. The Most Overlooked Variable in Resistance Training 31/08/2026

Small read that will help you see better results in your training. Something I see way to often where people just don’t know how to rest between sets. Have a read leave a comment, like, and share please 🙌🏾

Who Wins game 2?

Does the changes make an impact (pollard out inured Sacha back in). All blacks shuffle a few players around and how this would impact game style.

I surely will be up at 1am to watch… but would love to know what you think.

Possession & Territory won’t win you a game if your opposition force you to make countless errors. The stats show how the AB’s won the game and made every dual count towards points on the scoreboard.

Springboks lost to a better team, one that executed better. Bring on game 2.

NZ just dominated the weekend in style.

Black Ferns absolutely Dominated the Ozzie’s

Warriors just claiming their spot on the top with a huge win over the Rabbitohs (whether it’s short lived it’s still the top)

All Blacks put a heavy score on the Springboks in Ellis Park. I think first time winning there maybe In 24 years.

Can’t help but applaud all involved 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
