Rebuild strength after 40.
Walking is a great start.
But for many people in their 40s and 50s, the body may not respond the way it once did, which is why strength training becomes even more important.
Many used to train, play sport, go to the gym or feel confident in their body.
Then midlife changes begin to show up. Energy, recovery, sleep and body composition can all start to feel different, and the things that used to work may not work the same anymore.

Age Strong is a free 14 day strength reset for men and women navigating midlife changes, including the changes often associated with perimenopause, menopause and andropause.
For 14 days, you’ll follow simple strength-based steps with support inside a WhatsApp group and practical coaching to help you rebuild your foundation.

Age strong through midlife.

Don’t wait until life forces you to start.

Sometimes we wait until life forces us to care about our health. In 2021, that happened to me.
Lying in a hospital bed, I cried thinking I may never travel again with my family.
That moment changed how I saw health forever.
Health isn’t just about looking good.
Health is freedom.
It is being able to move, travel, play with your kids, keep up with life and feel confident in your body as you get older.

That is why we created Age Strong.
A free 14-day strength reset for men and women in their 40s and 50s who used to train, play sport, go to the gym or feel fit and capable, but have noticed that midlife can change the way the body feels and responds.
Energy, strength, recovery and body composition can all start to feel different, and the things that used to work may not work the same anymore.
Age Strong is not about extreme dieting or all-or-nothing training.
It is simple strength-based steps, daily habits, real support inside a WhatsApp group and a stronger foundation for the years ahead.

šŸ”„ Featured in the news! šŸ”„
Honoured to be mentioned in news.com.au alongside discussions about the rise of online fitness advice, and the importance of qualifications, evidence and safety in training and coaching.
Thank you for the opportunity.

Too often I see people following tips from ā€œfit-fluencersā€ with no formal training, and it can do more harm than good. My approach has always been about educated, evidence-based coaching tailored to your body and goals.
šŸ‘‰ Qualified experience matters:ā€Øāœ” Anatomy & exercise scienceā€Øāœ” Nutrition credentialsā€Øāœ” Real-world coaching outcomes
If you’re serious about sustainable progress (and staying injury-free), let’s ditch the noise and focus on what actually works. šŸ‘‡

ā€œI’ll focus on my fitness when I have more time.ā€

But in this season of life, we will always be busy.
Work, family, peri-menopause / andropause, sore joints, disrupted sleep…

Your body is asking for a kinder, more realistic approach.
Strength and fitness aren’t built in perfect weeks.
They’re built through habits that bend, adapt, and keep goingm even when life doesn’t go to plan.

Carl trains at 4:30am, 6 days a week. Not because he has time, but because his habits are supportive and sustainable.

He rebuilt his strength after knee pain.
Then again after back pain.
He went from barely hanging for 10 seconds to hanging for a full minute and completing 5 pull-ups šŸ¤

When we asked his biggest challenge, he said:
ā€œThe real challenge is keeping the habits going.ā€
That’s what Parent Strong is about.
Not pushing harder.
Not waiting for the perfect time.
But building habits that carry you through busy seasons, setbacks, and real life, so you can stay strong for the long run.

šŸ‘‰ If this resonates, start with our free Age Strong 14 day program. Begins on Sunday.
