🔥 Featured in the news! 🔥
Honoured to be mentioned in news.com.au alongside discussions about the rise of online fitness advice, and the importance of qualifications, evidence and safety in training and coaching.
Thank you for the opportunity.

Too often I see people following tips from “fit-fluencers” with no formal training, and it can do more harm than good. My approach has always been about educated, evidence-based coaching tailored to your body and goals.
👉 Qualified experience matters:
✔ Anatomy & exercise science
✔ Nutrition credentials
✔ Real-world coaching outcomes
If you’re serious about sustainable progress (and staying injury-free), let’s ditch the noise and focus on what actually works. 👇
✨ Whether you’re just starting or rebuilding your fitness with confidence, I’ve got your back.

“I’ll focus on my fitness when I have more time.”

But in this season of life, we will always be busy.
Work, family, peri-menopause / andropause, sore joints, disrupted sleep…

Your body is asking for a kinder, more realistic approach.
Strength and fitness aren’t built in perfect weeks.
They’re built through habits that bend, adapt, and keep goingm even when life doesn’t go to plan.

Carl trains at 4:30am, 6 days a week. Not because he has time, but because his habits are supportive and sustainable.

He rebuilt his strength after knee pain.
Then again after back pain.
He went from barely hanging for 10 seconds to hanging for a full minute and completing 5 pull-ups 🤍

When we asked his biggest challenge, he said:
“The real challenge is keeping the habits going.”
That’s what Parent Strong is about.
Not pushing harder.
Not waiting for the perfect time.
But building habits that carry you through busy seasons, setbacks, and real life, so you can stay strong for the long run.

👉 If this resonates, start with our free Age Strong 14 day program. Begins on Sunday.

Training is harder during peri-menopause.

For our member Priya, this wasn’t just about workouts feeling harder. Peri-menopause and carrying extra weight left her dealing with constant inflammation through her legs and body, joint pain, feeling uncomfortable in herself, and low on energy. She didn’t just want to train, she wanted to feel healthy, capable, and good in her body again.

Peri-menopause changes how your body responds to training, stress, and fuel. It’s not a lack of discipline, it’s a hormonal shift. The answer isn’t pushing harder, but staying consistent and supporting the body properly.

By sticking with strength training, walking and keeping nutrition simple (enough protein, regular meals, no extremes), Priya found her rhythm again. Her energy stabilised, recovery improved, and confidence returned.

Training may feel harder in this phase, but it can still be effective. With the right approach, peri-menopause doesn’t have to be a setback, it can be a season of strength.

đź’Ş This is how we coach inside Age Strong. It's strength training and simple nutrition designed to work with your body through peri-menopause.

Day 1 motivation - “I need to work off my holiday weight.”

So you jump straight into a HIIT class or go for a run after the holidays.
Because it feels like the right way to start.

But high motivation doesn’t always mean your body is ready.

After time off, your muscles, joints, and nervous system need re-entry, not punishment.
When you push too hard too soon, soreness builds, energy drops… and motivation fades again.

That’s why so many people feel amazing in week one,
and burnt out by week four.

Instead of “go hard or go home,” what if you started with the minimum you can do right now, consistently?
That’s how momentum actually lasts.

👉 If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone.
In our free Age Strong program, we meet you exactly where you’re at, even if you haven’t trained in a long time.
Comment “HIGH MOTIVATION” and we’ll send you the details.
Starting January 18.

1 week until you kickstart your strength in 2026.
Invite your partner or friend to Age Strong for free.

We’re inviting a small group of career-driven parents (aged 40–60) to join our free 14-day Age Strong online program.
This program is designed to support people navigating mid-life changes and busy schedules.
Many participants report noticeable improvements in strength, energy and confidence over 14 days.

If you’ve noticed that what worked in your 20s or 30s doesn’t feel as effective anymore, you’re not alone. Many parents reach a point where training harder doesn’t equal better results, and consistency becomes harder to maintain.

Why Age Strong?
We’re in our mid 40s, business owners, and parents ourselves. We went through years of trial and error trying to balance work, family and fitness…
before creating a smarter, more sustainable approach that works with your body, not against it.

Inside the 14 Day Age Strong Program, you’ll experience:
âś… Evidence-based strength training and nutrition education
âś… Support and accountability from two experienced coaches via WhatsApp
âś… A simple, structured plan designed to fit around work and family life

Spots are limited so we can personally support every participant 100% online | Completely free

We can talk about programs and frameworks all day.
But what matters most is how people actually feel inside them.

These are real messages from Age Strong participants who joined our free 14-day program,
many of whom are unsure of a way to navigate through peri-menopause and andropause symptoms, and hadn’t found a routine that worked since life got busy.

If training feels harder in your 40s and 50s, you’re not alone.
You might need a different approach .
