Not sure the link will work for all but again some lighter conditions today.
6-8 knots in race one with some congestion at the pin end causing grief for a few crews. Tru Blu got the win, Totally Sinister 2nd and V Sinister 3rd.
Race 2 had the breeze fill in and everyone was changing gears. Clean start for all but some more bumper boats while everyone headed for the favoured pin.
The breeze dropped out for lap 2 and the boys in Tru Blu showed some consistent speed to stay in front while Matrix sailed a brilliant race to claw back to second and nearly steal it. V Sinister recovered well and sailed through half a dozen positions to get back to third while Totally Sinister pinched 4th on the line from Kurdimurkarra after tangling with Pickled Pelican. There’s nothing in it with this racing format and some skilled competitors.
Lay day tomorrow and the promise of more breeze on Friday.

Safe travels to those crews making the journey over to Adelaide for the Nationals. It’s bloody hot here today and the heat is hanging around for a few days.
We have some better conditions forecast for the start of the regatta with 25-30 degrees and good sea breezes on the long range forecasts.
We have the ‘Shipwrecked at Largs’ show starting at 4pm on next Saturday after club racing. The last one was a lot of fun.
Then measuring and registration on Sunday morning and the Invitation Race sunday afternoon followed by the welcome dinner.
The SA Hartley Committee and the Largs Bay Sailing Club look forward to seeing you and welcoming you to our little patch of paradise.
