Mani - Νομος Λακονιας 💙 A village in this region was where my grandmother Eleni was from. Kostas mum. Μανιάτισες were renowned for their strength and courage to defend and fight when the Turks attacked. Fierce Amazonians.

The caves of Diros were truly spectacular and I had a panic attack getting on the boat and also Reggie was braver than me !! I could not film as I was in the front of the boat and I did not dare budge. I was scared 😦 filming is from another beautiful lady on our tour.

I cannot believe the beauty of this region as we had left Sparta overnight 💪💜
