Hi, I’m Gabi, the person behind Mother Nature’s Alchemist! 🙋♀️
I am an alchemist of human design, astrology and yoga with a passion for facilitating a better understanding of self. I offer a sanctuary for rest, relaxation and self actualisation.
Through my past experiences and training I have a particular interest in helping those with fatigue, chronic illnesses, nervous system dysregulation, injuries, pregnancy/postpartum and stress/anxiety.
Restorative Yoga and meditation in particular came to me in a time where my physical and mental health were suffering from burn out, chronic health conditions and injury. I learnt the importance of rest and slowing down and this had a profound impact on my life.
I’m trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Chair, Pregnancy/Postpartum and kids yoga and Yoga Nidra and meditation.
Astrology and human design provided an extra layer of understanding of myself, the world around me and the cycles of life. I learnt how to best manage my energy, trust my intuition and harness my potential.
Today I am a human design and astrology reader, rest advocate and yoga teacher.
In Sydney and online I offer in human design and astrology readings and 1:1 yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group classes.
I also teach yoga at some amazing Sydney studios, .puppy .yoga 💖
I have trained with and learnt from some of the leading people in these spaces including Sandy King, Emmie Rae, Jules Ferrari, Doug Whitaker, Kelsey Mitchell, Judith and Lizzie Lasater, Nadine Uremovic, Rachel Hanrahan, Jaye Hayes, June Sherry, Sarah Powers, Jessica Maguire and Joe Dispenza.
In my spare time I love to walk in nature, connect with the seasons and plants, read and see live music and comedy.
I’d love to get to know you too! Feel free to introduce yourself in the comments or send me a DM 😊

Reflecting on my teaching journey so far…
This picture was taken by my friends after teaching my first Restorative class post training 🥰 .yoga
I was terrified but at the same time it felt so right. You can see the joy in my eyes!
Ever since I attended my first Restorative Yoga class 10 years ago I knew I had to teach it. It’s such a profound practice that has taught me so much about myself and about what Yoga truly is.
It has held me through anxiety, depression, sickness, injury and disability. Through joy, good health and creativity.
It is a practice for all, anytime, anywhere.
Since this picture I’ve grown and evolved as a teacher and I’ve been able to share this practice with so many people at numerous studios, online and private sessions.
A recent health break from teaching has only enhanced the passion I have for this style of yoga and I’m so happy to be back teaching again. Thank you for your patience while I’ve been away 🩷
You can find me at .yoga on Mondays until Christmas (and then again in Jan), .puppy on Mondays until Christmas (and then again in Jan), on Thursdays and Fridays from Jan and Haven for the odd cover 🧘♀️
Wishing you a peaceful and restful end to the year ✨
