Wow what a couple of awesome parties! Thank you all for coming and thank you all for such an awesome year.
Adele and I are lucky we get the best of both worlds and get to train at Avoca Beach and the beautiful Sydney Park.
2025 has been full of athleticism, challenges, personal bests and a whole lot of laughs.
Thank you for your energy and positivity. It really is an honour to be training such awesome people.

We are open for the holidays!! The only days we are shut are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s day.
At this time of year it’s about turning up! Don’t have a big expectation on smashing yourself. Everyone’s work load, social calendars, prep for Christmas means you are probably tired. A light workout will keep you in the game, help with your energy levels and mental health!

Thanks so so much for everyone that has donated to the Tsitsi Foundation. We only have 4 of these beautiful handmade bowls left.
I’ll have them with me today, Friday and Saturday if you’d like to grab one. 100% of all the proceeds will go towards building the well in rural Zimbabwe.
I set off on Saturday 22nd from Avoca Beach at 6.30am. It’s all getting very real now!!
I’m now tapering and feeling energized so hopefully the plan will work 💪🚴♂️ I have no doubt I will make it, especially knowing I have such support from you 🙏

I’m pleased to announce that Adele, one of our life time members, is now a HHF trainer. It been a long time coming with her huge history in athletics, marathons, trail runs and most recently the 80km Bondi to Manly.
You could say Adele knows a thing for two about running and the benefits of exercise.

Adele will be taking the new Beginners Run Group starting in Avoca on Friday 7 November in Heazlett Park🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️
