January Rugby Performance Holiday Camps

Give your child a head start before the 2026 season

Our January Holiday Camps are rugby development camps, not generic fitness sessions.

Designed for young players who want to improve their core rugby skills, confidence, and game-day performance in a fun, structured environment.

What your child will work on:
Catch–pass fundamentals
Footwork, evasion & agility
Contact preparation (age-appropriate)
Decision-making under pressure
Confidence and movement quality

Week 1: Jan 13–16
Week 2: Jan 19–22
9:00am–1:00pm
North Narrabeen Reserve – Field 3

Coached in age-specific groups so every athlete is challenged at the right level.
