At CSA, we’re passionate about supporting emerging surfers and the next generation of talent.
is an exceptional surfer with a bright future, and this term she’s stepping into the coaching arena to lead a supportive program created especially for girls.
With six years of competitive surfing experience, Grace brings a calm-under-pressure approach, strong technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for helping young surfers grow. Through this program, she’ll help the next generation build confidence in and out of the water, while developing technique, decision-making, and the ability to execute when it matters most.

The CSA All Day Program is the ultimate beach experience - combining surfing, bodyboarding, bodysurfing and interactive beach games, all while building essential ocean safety skills.
Led by our experienced and supportive beach coaching team, kids grow confidence in and out of the water in a safe, fun and encouraging environment.
All equipment provided.
Lunch and refreshments are included.
Just bring a hat, towel, water bottle and a change of clothes.
Suitable for children aged 6 and up.
No prior experience necessary - just a willingness to have fun!

Women’s Ocean Confidence Program 🌊
Week 1 – And what a way to begin
Twelve incredible women.
Two passionate coaches.
One powerful morning by the ocean.
Despite a fresh swell and shifting winds, we leaned into the conditions and adapted — because confidence in the ocean starts with understanding it, not controlling it.
After introductions, setting intentions and suiting up, we gathered at the lifeguard tower for a deep dive into ocean awareness. Together we explored rips, swell and wind directions, tides, and how to read the water — building knowledge, trust, and confidence from the shoreline outward.
From there, we stepped into the sea for a body surfing session, learning surf stance, body positioning and wave timing. Laughter, tumbles, whitewater rides and plenty of wins — the kind that stay with you long after you leave the beach.
We wrapped the session on the grass with the beautiful Dan Coppleson who guided us through intentional movement and a mindfulness practice, helping each woman create a personal manifestation for the weeks ahead.

This program is about more than surfing — it’s about connection, courage, community and showing up for yourself.

Sunshine, surf and smiles - the perfect way to wrap up an epic year of surfing at .
