Cronulla Surfing Academy is looking for surfers aged 18+ to join our summer coaching crew!

With plenty of young groms already on the team, this recruitment round is all about growing our adult coaching crew.

If you’re a confident surfer who loves the ocean, enjoys working with people and loves the idea of helping someone catch their first wave, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re kicking off Monday 12 October with another action-packed term of surfing, ocean fun and progression!

From our youngest Micro Groms to surfers ready to take their skills to the Next Level, we’ve got something for everyone with before-school, after-school and flexible weekend sessions.

Cronulla Surfing Academy is looking to expand our team of exceptional ocean lovers, watermen and waterwomen who are passionate about sharing their skills and knowledge with others.

We’re looking for confident, capable people in the ocean who bring great energy, communicate well and enjoy helping kids and adults build their skills and confidence in the water.
