This is why I love my job 🤍
Rosa came to me as a complete beginner. She hadn’t trained since before having her baby and had no idea where to start.
A year later she is stronger than she has ever been. Not just in the gym either. She noticed it in everyday life, like carrying her child feeling so much easier.
That is the kind of progress that actually matters to me. Not just the number on the scale.

This one means a lot to me 😊
5kg down, but honestly the number is the smallest part of Muni’s story.
She came to me dealing with severe endometriosis.

The scale didn’t move… and you think nothing is working.
But fat loss doesn’t happen in a straight line.
Your body weight can fluctuate daily due to water retention, hormones, stress, digestion, and training.
This is normal physiology, not failure.
If you only rely on the scale, you’ll miss real progress.
Focus on trends over time:
weekly averages, strength in the gym, measurements, and how you feel.
Strong bodies are built with knowledge, not restriction.
