Young people are on the frontlines of the climate crisis, yet too often our voices are ignored. We want to change that with Powershift!

With the possibility of COP31 being in Australia next year, we want build to a youth climate summit designed to bring young people from across the country together to fight for climate justice.

But we can only make that happen with your support! Join our Power Shift fundraiser! 🌏

CALLING ALL NORTHERN BEACHES BANDS! AYCC is a climate justice organisation led by young people! We are hosting a fundraiser on december 6th, from 6-8pm at Mona Vale memorial hall. We a looking for local bands to perform voluntarily at our fundraiser, it’s a great way to promote your band and contribute to a good cause. We are prioritising youth bands, ages 30 and under. Highschool and uni students are the main audience, if you are a highschool or uni student in a band pls DM us if you are keen 🎵

Please send through a short description of who your band is, why you care about climate justice, and a short video of your band performing something 🎤🎸

Thanks to all the amazing people who came along to our Halloween Action outside the NSW Labor Office! It’s so important we continue to call out the Labor Governments greenwashing trick of a climate plan!

It’s terrifying to see that over the past three years, Labour has approved over 30 new coal and gas projects, expected to generate more than 6.5 billion tonnes of carbon dioxide that we and our future generations will be breathing in. These decisions will result in an increase of more intense heatwaves, bushfires, and floods. That’s why we invite you to party with us in front of Labour’s Office to show that we will not be taking these approvals lightly because we can not afford any more of them.
