Anyone else try to recreate meals that they’ve eaten out? πŸ˜‚

πŸ₯— Spinach, carrot, cherry tomato, beetroot, radish, cucumber, roasted pumpkin
πŸ₯— Poached chicken breast
πŸ₯— Dressing: coconut cream, ACV, lime, salt & pepper

Healthy blondie slice 😍

Ingredients:
1 can drained white beans
50g natural peanut butter
30g honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Punch nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
50g chopped dark chocolate

Method:
Blitz everything apart from the chocolate in a food processor or high speed blender
Top with chocolate
Bake at 180C for 20 minutes
