Registration is now OPEN for the 2026 Kenpo 5.0 Oceania Championships hosted by Mr. David Giovenco and KMACT Comp Team.

⏰ Event starts 9:30am (Check-in & weigh-ins from 8:30am)
This is an incredible opportunity for students to test their skills, build confidence, and experience the excitement of competition.

What an incredible night at KICKS! 🔥🥋

On Friday we had the absolute honour of hosting an amazing seminar with Grandmaster Jeff Speakman, welcoming him back to Australia for the first time since 2018!

The energy in the room was unbelievable. We had 50 students in the Kids Seminar and 30 students in the Adults Seminar, all learning, training, and being inspired by the founder of Kenpo 5.0!

It was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved and a fantastic way to welcome Mr Speakman back to Australia. Thank you to all the students who showed up with great attitude, focus, and spirit!

Events like this remind us how powerful our martial arts community is. 💪

From the very first tiny pair of feet on the mats at just 4 years old, to leading classes as a Junior Instructor and achieving her Adult Black Belt, Kiana Giovenco’s journey is a powerful example of what dedication and commitment can achieve.

With 14 years of training, Kiana became the youngest Australian to earn a Junior Black Belt, and then five years later, the youngest Australian to achieve an Adult Black Belt. She now proudly mentors and inspires the next generation, bringing her experience, energy, and big smile to every class.

Highlights so far:
🥋 Youngest Australian to earn both a Junior & Adult Black Belt
🏆 1st Place – 5.0 Fighter at the 2024 Kenpo 5.0 Championships (Cambridge, NZ)

Kiana has also achieved multiple international placements at the World Championships in Las Vegas (2018, 2021, and 2025), with additional international competition experience in New Zealand (2017, 2018, and 2024), alongside widespread national competitions throughout Australia.

👊 A passionate mentor and instructor shaping future leaders

Ambition:
Kiana is completing Year 12 this year and aims to study Psychology after school continuing her journey of helping and empowering others.

It’s more than martial arts, it’s about growth, commitment, and setting the standard for what’s possible.
