NCIE All in for reconciliation 🖤💛❤️

Thankyou to everyone who attended the NCIE All In for Reconciliation, Aboriginal Cultural Immersion Program for Corporate Leaders, RAP Working Groups and Changemakers.

Hosted on Gadigal Country at the NCIE in Redfern, participants learnt to build genuine understanding, meaningful relationships, and lasting commitment through measurable actions. They talked about what we can all do to directly align with the Reconciliation Australia pillars and the National Agreement on Closing the Gap Targets, in our professional working corporates, and in our everyday lives.

Big thankyou to NCIE CEO Grant Cameron, who led the day with knowledge, respect and compassion.

And most of all thankyou to Aunty Beryl for the delicious feed, and for sharing all your amazing stories with the group. 🖤💛❤️

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is All In, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day.

All In makes clear that reconciliation is not a spectator sport and that all of us must step away from the sidelines and take action to make change.

The theme also reminds us that reconciliation and advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ rights isn’t a passive activity, and it is not solely the responsibility of First Nations people, who have carried the weight of championing, explaining and acting for far too long.

Reconciliation will not happen by itself, and it will not happen without all of us.

Thankyou to for the resources and for all your continual hard work. For more information and resources visit the Reconciliation Australia website.

The artwork for this campaign is by renowned Gumbaynggirr/Bundjalung artist Otis Hope Carey.

Swans head to Redfern for whole club Marn Grook cultural connect day 27/05/2026

As we begin National Reconciliation Week, we want to celebrate the Sydney Swans for their powerful commitment to First Nations communities.

Early this month, the Sydney Swans headed to NCIE for their annual First Nations cultural offsite.

A day full of learning, art, listening, and dancing. Watching the whole club immersed in culture and connection is what reconciliation in action truly looks like.

Thank you to the Swans for choosing to host this important event at the NCIE and for showing us that reconciliation isn't just a week - it's a continuous journey of respect, understanding, and unity.
