NATIONAL HOME INSPECTORS CONFERENCE SYDNEY.

We will need a minimum of 100 plus attendees at $325-00 each inc gst to run this.

Speakers are intended to be a Lawyer or 2, an Agent or 2, A Conveyancer and a couple of you guys.

So you all must be prudent in your questions or they WILL NOT be answered. I will answer them for you if need be.

I will be the facilitator and MC.

If we dont get numbers it will be canned.

I will have a rego emailed to you all if you havent changed your email addresses in January.

When building a new home ensure you engage an independent inspector who knows the difference between what is defective works aposed to what is incomplete works.

Otherwise it creates the illusion your builder is doing bad work.

EVERY HOME has incomplete work before the builder says its finished.

The problems arise when someone says, "Thats a defect" and you believe them!

There are over 38 entities in this market at the moment who are doing this.

I just wish I could name them........😥
