Celebrating a huge milestone of 250 workouts for CARISSA ๐ŸŒŸโœจ๐ŸŽ‰

At Simplicity Carissa has trained with us pre and post natal through two pregnancies, adjusting training to meet her body where it was at each stage.

Post babies, the focus was rebuilding foundations - strength, confidence, and capacity. Now, sheโ€™s stronger than ever and continuing to progress, including building endurance for running and starting her pull up journey! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Her journey is proof that with the right training, support and consistency, you can stay active and work toward your goals at any stage of life - including motherhood. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

250 sessions of showing up, adapting, and putting in the work. Very proud of this one. Well done Carissa! ๐Ÿค

Not warming up properly?! This could be sabotaging your lifts and stopping you from reaching your full potential โฌ‡๏ธ

Skipping warm-up sets limits strength output, slows progress and increases injury riskโ€ฆ. even if your program is amazing ๐Ÿซฃ

I used to think warm-ups didnโ€™t matterโ€ฆ until I saw how much they improved my ability to push harder, lift heavier and hit new PBs ๐Ÿคฏ AND it only takes an extra 5-10 mins to do this!!!!

Walking into the gym and jumping straight into your top set limits your performance before you even start ๐Ÿ‘€

Moral of the storyโ€ฆ. Itโ€™s time to start warming up with intention ! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ
