HMO Customer Racing is taking an even bigger plunge into the Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia after purchasing its own Dark Horse R car that it will enter in the one-make category.

The Sydney-based team has secured the new Dark Horse R that was raced by James Golding in the opening round of the series at Phillip Island earlier this year, and will campaign it for young gun Brock Stinson at Hidden Valley Raceway in next weekend’s fourth round.

HMO Customer is offering for sale two of Australia’s most successful TCR touring cars.

The pair of Hyundai i30 Sedan N TCRs, which were built by Hyundai Motorsport Customer Racing in Germany, have race and championship-winning pedigree in the hands of two-time TCR Australia Champion Josh Buchan, including two international victories in the TCR World Tour at Inje Speedium in South Korea and the iconic Guia Race in Macau.

Both cars feature the latest generation 2025 bodywork updates and can be equipped with a significant spare parts package.

The Hyundai i30 Sedan N TCR is now eligible to compete - and would be a front-running machine - in the Australian Endurance Championship and the MRA Super TT series.

We had a great day blowing the dust off the Hyundai i30 Sedan N TCRs for the first time since it was soaked in champagne at Macau last November.

Josh jumped back behind the wheel for the MRA Super TT championship round at Sydney Motorsport Park, scoring a clean sweep with pole pole position, three race wins and his fastest ever TCR lap around the Brabham Circuit - proving there is plenty of competitive outlets for these cars still.

It’s been more than two years in the making with our partner Don Mackay that has included hundreds of hours of fine tuning in the workshop and real-world testing.

We are aiming for this project to make Speedcar racing more accessible and affordable and open up the exciting sport of Speedway racing to a new generation of teams, drivers and fans.
