On Sunday the 15th of March BCNSW held a skills game. Different to the usual Sixers V Thunder we pair up 2 batters and each partnership has 5 overs to score as many runs as possible. If a wicket falls then it is minus 5 from the batting teams total.
Each partnership did extremely well and on this occasion the winning partnership came out as Mick Leigh (20) and Jennifer Parry (15), with Matt Cameron running for Jen. Without losing a wicket in their innings they went on to score 35
We also had the tough task of picking the top bowler for the day. But with 1/17 after 3 overs the bowler of the game was Sherrie Harris
After the game along with some water and fruit we also had a cake for our President Mark Eshbank’s birthday
Thank you to all that attended the game. Thank you to friends, family, volunteers and players. All attendance is immensely appreciated and crucial to this states success
