Embers Basketball is growing, and we’d love for you to join us as a coach 🙌

We are a women’s basketball community in Western Sydney built on connection, consistency, and a shared love for the game. Coaching at Embers is about more than running drills or calling plays. It’s about being present, supporting players, and helping create a space where people feel valued and encouraged.

We’re looking for coaches who care about team culture, lead with thoughtfulness, and notice the small things that make a difference in a player’s experience.

Experience is welcome, but your character and intention matter just as much.

WHAT IS IT? It’s a chance to step beyond the normal team environment and gain fresh feedback on your game.

Across the morning, players will rotate through warm-ups, small-sided games, and scrimmages. Coaches will be observing - not just for skill, but also for decision-making, fitness, and team chemistry - before providing feedback and grading.
