👩🏻🍳 YOU WILL NEED:
30g rolled oats
30g your choice of protein powder
20-25g Greek yoghurt
15g pumpkin kernels
10g chia seeds
130ml milk of your choice
Top with any fruit you’d like
Store it in the fridge for up to 3 days and when you come to eat it, add a little water to loosen it up.

It’s 2025, carbs are not the devil. 🙅🏻♀️
They’re a source of energy, they make you less grumpy and they are not the reason you can’t lose weight.

It doesn’t need to be complicated, it just needs to work. ⬇️
❌ You don’t need a 20 step morning routine, you don’t need a detox cleanse, you don’t need to cram your day full of “healthy” stuff to get results. You need to master the basics.
❌ You don’t NEED ice baths, saunas and compression boots to recover. You need to sleep.
❌ You don’t NEED supplements in your diet. You need to learn how to get the needed amount of nutrients into you through your food before you reach for the pills and powder. Save your money.
❌ You don’t NEED a complex and overcomplicated 5 day gym bro split for your program if you can’t stay stick with it. You need a program that allows you to be consistent because they’re the ones that work.
❌ You don’t NEED a bunch of fad diets or gym hacks or to be inspired by someone.
✔️ You just need to master the basics.
Movement. Fuel. Recovery.
Keep it simple and it’ll last.

🍌 INGREDIENTS
30g oats
30g protein powder
1 banana
150ml almond milk (or water)
15g pumpkin kernels
7g chia seeds
As many blueberries as your heart desires
🤫 The secret to perfect oats:
1. Mix oats, protein powder, mashed banana and almond milk together.
2. Microwave for 1 minute. Give it a cheeky stir.
3. Microwave for another 30 seconds.
4. Top with blueberries and/or any other fruit of your choice.
