One weekend won’t ruin your progress. 😉
The real win is getting back on track on Monday. 💪
Can you relate?

TBT to one of my very first performances.

I was 12 years old, standing in the middle of this photo, wearing my ballet costume and feeling a mix of excitement and insecurity. If you look closely, you can almost see it in my posture happy to be there, but still a little shy, still trying to find where I belonged.

What I didn’t know at the time was that moments like this would shape so much of who I am today. This was one of my first experiences with movement, discipline, self-expression and confidence. Not because I was fearless, but because I showed up despite the fear.

Not long after, my ballet journey came to an end. For my family, it was an expensive activity and other priorities had to come first. But the lessons stayed with me.

Looking back, I’m reminded that our lives are built from small victories that often seem insignificant at the time. The classes we attended. The risks we took. The moments we almost didn’t show up for.

They all become part of our story.

What’s one activity, hobby or passion from your childhood that helped shape the person you are today? I’d love to hear your story in the comments 🌻

One of the things women talk to me about the most?

Their arms. Not because of vanity alone. But because of what it represents.
Avoiding sleeveless tops.
Hating side-profile photos.
Feeling uncomfortable in clothes they used to love.
Pulling at sleeves all day.
And many women blame themselves. But after 40, the body changes.

Muscle mass naturally declines.
Recovery changes.
Stress impacts hormones differently.

So doing random workouts or endless cardio often stops producing results.
That’s why Sculpted & Strong was created.

Not to make women smaller. But to help them feel stronger, more toned, more confident and more connected to their bodies again.

✨ Strong is beautiful.
✨ Strong is functional.
✨ Strong changes how you carry yourself.

DM me “STRONG” if you want the details.

Some train.
Some compare.
Some criticize.
Some simply get on with their lives.

Every body has a story. And honestly?
The only one that really matters is your own.
Can you relate?👇

Emilie & Mari,

What a privilege it was to share this experience with you both. 💚

One of the most beautiful things I witnessed throughout the retreat was seeing how powerful it is when women come together with a genuine desire to help other women grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves.

It is truly inspiring to see the impact we can create in the lives of other women through our knowledge, our experiences, and the gifts we have chosen to share with the world.

Thank you for bringing your unique expertise, your energy, and your hearts to this very first Inner Bloom Retreat. Your sessions were delivered with so much care and authenticity, and it was beautiful to watch the participants connect, open up, and fully embrace the experience.

I also feel incredibly grateful because throughout this journey I've realised how aligned we are in our values, our vision, and our desire to create meaningful transformation. There is something very special about working alongside women who share such similar principles and a genuine commitment to making a difference.

What we created together was far more than an event. It was a space where women felt seen, heard, supported, and inspired to take the next step in their journey.

Thank you for believing in this vision and for walking alongside me on this journey. I'm so excited to see the beautiful content you'll be bringing into the Inner Bloom App so we can continue supporting these women long after the retreat has ended.

With so much gratitude,

Ana ✨💚

Quick update… We’re almost sold out.
And I want to be very clear about something before the last spots go:
This is not just “a nice day away”.

It’s for women who know something needs to change, but haven’t had the space to actually stop and reset.

Because the truth is pushing through is no longer working. And waiting for the “right time” is exactly why most women stay stuck where they are.

This is your opportunity to interrupt that pattern.
One full day.
No distractions.
No responsibilities.
Just you, being supported, guided and reset.

And yes… with practical tools you can take back into your real life.

A few spots left. That’s it.
If you’ve been thinking about it, this is your sign.

Message me RETREAT before it closes.

No caffeine. No powder. Just a harsh reality check 😅

But here’s the truth most people ignore: fear and self-criticism might get you started, but they won’t sustain real results.

Structure will.

If you’re tired of guessing what to do and want a smarter way to train, eat and feel good in your body.

I can guide you with a quick consultation.
Send me a message or comment “START” and I’ll reach out 👇

Some friendships aren’t built on emotional support… they’re built on leg day no matter what 😅

Injured? Tired? Busy?
Doesn’t matter. You’re still showing up.

3am again?

And somehow… it’s becoming normal.

You wake up in the middle of the night, your body tired but your mind fully on. Thoughts start stacking, your brain starts planning the next day before it even begins, and when morning comes, it feels like you never really rested.

But life doesn’t slow down, does it?

You still show up. You still perform. You still carry everything that depends on you.

And this is where most women get it wrong. They think it’s just bad sleep, or that they need more discipline, more control, more effort.

But this isn’t just about sleep.

Your body isn’t failing you, it’s overloaded. During this phase, your system becomes more sensitive, more reactive, more alert. So even when you’re exhausted, your body doesn’t fully switch off.

Pushing through might keep you functioning, but it doesn’t bring you back to yourself.

What actually needs to happen is a reset. A space where your body can slow down, where your nervous system can regulate, where you can finally feel supported instead of constantly holding everything together.

That’s exactly what we’re creating with the retreat.

Not just a day away, but a shift in how your body responds, how your energy feels, and how you move through your life after that.

If this resonates, it’s probably not by chance.

Spots are intentionally limited.

You didn’t need the scale to tell you.

You could already feel it.

The way your clothes sit differently.
The bloating that doesn’t seem to go away.
That heavier feeling in your body that you can’t fully explain.

And when you finally look at the number, it just confirms what you were already trying not to think about.
What makes this harder is not just the change.
It’s the confusion. Because you haven’t stopped trying.
You’re eating better. You’re moving. You’re doing what used to work. But your body is not responding the same way anymore. And that’s where a lot of women start turning against themselves.

They assume it’s lack of discipline. They push harder. They restrict more. They add more pressure to a body that is already under stress. But during this phase, your body changes the way it handles stress, recovery and hormones.

So it’s not just about what you’re doing.
It’s about how your body is able to respond to it. And a body that feels constantly overloaded won’t respond well to more force.

It responds to the right kind of support.
That’s the shift most women never make. And that’s exactly the intention behind the retreat.

Creating a space where your body can come out of that constant state of pressure, where you can regulate your system and start working with your body again instead of against it. Because this isn’t just about the number on the scale.

It’s about feeling like yourself again.
