Can you believe we are nearly at the end of the first month of 2026!!
Holiday season is well and truly behind us and life is back to normal.
So many people expect that once routines return, things should feel easier.
But often the opposite happens.
When life gets busy again — work, school, commitments, responsibilities — your nervous system doesn’t just switch back on smoothly.
It goes into management mode.
This can look like:
• Constant mental noise
• Fatigue even after rest
• Shorter fuse with people you love
• Feeling “on edge” for no clear reason
This isn’t weakness.
It’s your brain adapting to increased demand.
Support doesn’t always mean talking it through or pushing harder — sometimes it means helping your nervous system settle so you can meet life from a steadier place.

I have so much to do
All competing priorities and all demanding my attention …
So… I thought why not do a NeurOptimal session to get some clarity and chip away at the list at the same time.
I love relaxing in the comfy chair doing nothing during a session, but I also love that when time is tight that I can also do a session whilst doing something else.
