✨ Rhythm & Rest ✨

Come for Triangle Pose △ … stay for Audrey’s judgment 🐈‍⬛

Registrations are now open for my next 5-week online yoga series.
Over the series we’ll explore:
△ gentle flowing movement
△ breath and pacing
△ nervous system support
△ simple strength-building
△ restorative floor practices
△ rhythm and repetition as support for the body

The classes are slow, guided, and accessible, with plenty of options throughout.

This is not about pushing, performing, or becoming mysteriously flexible overnight.

It’s about:
🐈‍⬛moving steadily
🐈‍⬛ breathing more easily
🐈‍⬛ feeling more supported in your body
🐈‍⬛ and trying to practice yoga while being silently evaluated by household pets

📍 Live via Zoom
🎥 Recordings included
🪑 Chair-friendly options available
🕔 Starts 2 June, 5 weeks, 5:15pm

Reach out if this sounds like something your nervous system might appreciate right now.

Sometimes the nervous system doesn’t need fixing.
It just wants to become Audrey holding her emotional support bunny for a while 🐰
Rhythm & Rest begins soon — a gentle 5-week online yoga series exploring how movement and rest can support each other, rather than compete.
Over the series we’ll explore:
• gentle flowing movement
• breath-led practice
• nervous system settling through rhythm and repetition
• functional strength without strain
• restorative floor work and supported rest

This isn’t fast-paced yoga.
And it’s not about flexibility or performance.
It’s about moving in a way that feels:
• Steady
• Sustainable
• Supportive
Classes are live via Zoom, with recordings available if you can’t attend.
You’ll just need:
• a chair
• something to lie on
• a little space to move
• an emotional support toy is optional but encouraged 🐰
If your nervous system has been asking for a softer way lately… this might be for you.

Rhythm. Rest. Harry-level nervous system regulation.

When the nervous system finally relaxes enough to become Harry sitting in a sunbeam with absolutely no plans, responsibilities, or useful thoughts.
This is the energy we’ll be bringing into the next yoga series:
• less pushing
• more breathing
• moving slowly enough to actually feel supported

Rhythm & Rest begins soon — a gentle 5-week online series exploring movement, breath, repetition, and rest.
• No flexibility required.
• No yoga experience needed.
• No need to keep up with anyone.
Just a chair, a bit of floor space, and permission to soften a little.
(Harry has already committed fully to the practice.)

• Live via Zoom
• Recordings included
• Slow, supportive, accessible movement

I’m so glad to be able to share that registrations are now open for the Steady Through Change retreat.

This is a small, in-person weekend designed to offer space to step away from the pace of everyday life — to rest, reconnect, and feel a little more steady in yourself.

For some women, that means making sense of changes in sleep, stress, mood, or energy.
For others, it’s simply having the space to pause, reflect, and come back to themselves in a quieter way.

Across the weekend, we’ll explore:
• gentle, supportive movement
• breath and nervous system practices
• simple ways to support sleep, stress, and energy
• space to rest, reflect, and just be

There’s nothing to keep up with, and everything is optional.

This is not a fitness retreat, and not a highly structured program — it’s a calm, supportive space to land and reset.

The group will be intentionally small, so the space can stay personal and well-held.

I’ve opened registrations for a small retreat later this year — a calm, supportive space for women navigating midlife and beyond (or simply needing a reset).
Nothing to keep up with. Everything optional.

If you’ve ever thought about starting (or restarting) a gentle yoga practice… this is your sign.

No pressure. No perfect poses.
Just a space to move, breathe, and hang out for a bit.

We start next Tuesday. It’s slow, supportive, and designed to meet you exactly where you are (physically and mentally).

Also… no actual hanging required. Unless you’re into that 😄

Great news! I am now officially listed as a private health recognised teacher with Yoga Australia!
This means that my clients can claim rebates for one-on-one yoga consultations or small group sessions of up to eight people.
This reinstatement of yoga as a therapeutic modality is well overdue, as the therapeutic benefits of yoga are well supported by both research and clinical evidence. As a comprehensive system, yoga not only treats presenting symptoms but also offers whole-person wellbeing.

Many women reach midlife and feel like their body has changed — sleep, mood, energy, and stress all feel different.

There are real reasons for this.

And you’re not alone.

I’m running a small online program to support women navigating perimenopause and midlife.
