Happy Sunday…hope you are enjoying some downtime this afternoon from schedules and doing…just a little. Me I’m out for a walk with the dogs after some Sunday cooking ☀️

That’s why I created these sessions.
Not as “just another class”… but as a space where you can actually reset. Where you don’t have to perform, fix, or figure anything out.
You just come as you are.
Each week, I guide you through simple but powerful practices — breath, restorative movement, meditation, sound — all designed to help your nervous system slow down and recalibrate.
And the shift is real.
You’ll feel it in your body.
You’ll notice it in your thoughts.
You’ll carry it into your week.
This isn’t about adding more to your life.
It’s about giving yourself something that supports everything else.
Just one session a week… that’s all it takes to start feeling different.

✨ Meditation Monday – Set the Tone for Your Week ✨
Hmmmmmm….How do your Mondays usually feel?
Rushed… straight into emails, looking at your phone… already behind before the day even begins? Or they start off great then you become lost, consumed in something and your intentions go straight out the window? You become frustrated, a little on edge, perhaps give up.
What if instead… you started your week on your terms?
Not reactive.
Not overwhelmed.
But clear, grounded, and in control of how you show up.

TOMORROW, you’ve got two beautiful ways to reset and realign:
🌿 10.30am – Meditation Session with Natasha
A gentle, guided space to slow down, settle your mind, and create clarity for the week ahead. A seated class where Natasha introduces a different style of meditation this term block, so you can experience and feel what works for you! Natasha is an amazing…calm and grounded and like me trained and a fellow Holistic Counsellor.
🌙 6.30pm – Nervous System Regulation Session with me
Where we go deeper… slowing the body, connecting inward, and moving into deep rest through a long guided body meditation. This is where your whole system recalibrates. We weave in self-leadership techniques which you can then take with you, to help guide you, throughout your week. This is why this session is called Inner Compass.

Think of this as your weekly anchor point.
Instead of pushing through the week feeling scattered…you’re building a steady baseline—mentally, emotionally, and physically.
So when things come at you (because they always do)…you can respond differently.
And just a heads up…

It’s nearly Easter 🐣 … and I don’t know about you, but this time of year can feel a bit like you’re constantly ON!
If you’re a Professional like me we pretty much have to find a way to get it all done when there are public holidays approaching.
Busy, thinking, planning…almost like you’re living up in your head and not quite feeling your feet on the ground 👣
Do you feel it too? 🤔
And then those rare moments where everything goes quiet…
and you actually feel calm, still… and just in yourself again?
That’s what these sessions are about.

Good Morning ☀️

I know what that feels like because I lived that way for a long time myself — working in demanding roles, constantly thinking, planning and solving things. Even when the day finished, my nervous system was still “on”.
That’s actually why I created the sessions I run now.
They’re simply a space to slow everything down, breathe, settle the body and allow the mind to quiet again.
Nothing complicated — just a gentle reset for your nervous system with tools and techniques which you will notice make a difference.

Hello!!! Happy Monday 🌿
Quick question…
Do you have a self-care plan to manage stress in your life?
Not the idea of one.
Not “I should probably…”
But something consistent you return to each week?
Most professionals I speak to don’t.
They’re capable. Responsible. High functioning.
They manage teams, businesses, deadlines, families.
But when it comes to managing their own stress, they just push through and hope the weekend fixes it.
I know that pattern well — I lived it for years.
Tonight (and again Wednesday at 6.30pm) I’m holding my nervous system regulation sessions in Gymea.
These aren’t traditional yoga classes and they’re not standard meditation sessions.
They’re structured evenings combining supported restorative yoga, breathing techniques, grounded guided meditation, body awareness and practical self-leadership tools.
The purpose is simple:
To help you move out of the stress response and into a state of calm your body recognises as safe.
So you leave clearer. Steadier. Often sleeping better that night.
And able to carry that calm into your meetings, your conversations and your home life.
If you’re a professional navigating pressure — it starts with you.
Your clarity.
Your regulation.
Your baseline.
This is foundational work.

Good morning ☀️
Just a little share that I’m hosting a Sound Bath tomorrow afternoon.
If you’ve been feeling tired, wired, overwhelmed or like you can’t properly switch off — this is honestly just a simple space to stop for a while.
You lie down, get comfortable and are gently guided while the sound helps your body settle.
Nothing to force. Nothing to figure out.
Just a chance to feel what deep rest actually feels like — which a lot of us realise we haven’t experienced in a long time.
I’ve included some info on what a sound bath is and what you ma experience or feel.
It’s perfect if you’ve never tried one before and also really supportive if you have and know how much your body needs these moments.
And with it being the first day of autumn, it’s such a natural time to slow down a little. After the busyness of summer, our energy often shifts — we start craving more grounding, quiet and space to reset rather than constantly pushing.
This is just a gentle way to honour that instead of running straight past it.
If your body feels like it needs a pause, you’re very welcome to come along.
