45 HOUR CHALLENGE is officially complete for our solo riders and relay teams on spin bikes and a treadmill 🏁🏆
Over the course of three days, they have dedicated every hour, second, and minute to raising awareness and funds for dementia research.
We couldn’t have done this without our volunteers, sponsors, and trainers who have worked tirelessly to make this feat happen.
Finally, we couldn’t have done this without you. Yes, you that’s reading this. Your presence, donations, and support pushed our participants to the finish line. With you, we are able to give hope to families impacted by dementia through vital research.
It is not too late to join 45 Hour Challenge. You have until the end of July to walk, run, bike, and move for dementia.

Every hour you move this July goes somewhere real. To date, the Dementia Research Community has raised over $2.6 million for 13 research projects across Australia.
That's scientists developing simple blood tests to detect dementia early, using gene-editing to target the errors that cause Alzheimer's, and working to clear the toxic proteins that damage the brain. Real labs, real breakthroughs, real hope.
Dementia is the leading cause of death in Australia, with an estimated 447,000 people living with it today. Your 45 hours helps change that. Move for them this July. Link in bio.
