How To Miss ✔️
Knowing how to miss is a tool we should have in the toolbox.
Here’s how we should miss each lift:
✅ Back Squat ➩ Miss behind and hop forward.
✅ Front Squat and Clean ➩ Drop it forward and hop back.
✅ Sn**ch ➩ Miss forward by pushing the bar forward and hopping back OR miss behind and hop forward.
It’s not something you need to practice more than once, however I think it’s important you know what’s going too happen and the safest way to do it.
