want to know the secret to growing your glutes? π
there is no secret. iβve said it once & ill say it again - any coach who promises to tell you their secrets if you work with them is full of s**t π€·π»ββοΈ
but here are some tips to help you along the way ππΌ
π fuel your body! eat your proteins, carbs & healthy fats.
π follow a structured program that is personalised for YOU & YOUR goals.
π prioritise progressive overload - increase weight, reps, intensity etc.
π start with compound movements - we want to use most of our energy on them as these work multiple muscles groups at once & they allow us to lift heavier weight. finish off with isolation exercises.
π have someone keep you accountable! pick a friend,
family member or work with a coach.
π be patient & remain consistent. results donβt happen overnight!
