there is no secret. i’ve said it once & ill say it again - any coach who promises to tell you their secrets if you work with them is full of s**t πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

but here are some tips to help you along the way πŸ‘‡πŸΌ
πŸ‘ fuel your body! eat your proteins, carbs & healthy fats.
πŸ‘ follow a structured program that is personalised for YOU & YOUR goals.
πŸ‘ prioritise progressive overload - increase weight, reps, intensity etc.
πŸ‘ start with compound movements - we want to use most of our energy on them as these work multiple muscles groups at once & they allow us to lift heavier weight. finish off with isolation exercises.
πŸ‘ have someone keep you accountable! pick a friend,
family member or work with a coach.
