This is Peta. She's like you, except that she does pilates with Full Flow Fitness so she can be fit and healthy for her 5 grandchildren and to max her enjoyment of life. This is her 3rd time doing this mobility strength exercise.
Her goals are

🎯build stronger arms and legs so she can keep walking the Bondi hills and keep up her weekly swim

Build strong legs with a wall squat so you can walk (or even run)up the stairs with ease....
Got sore knees? That's why we've suggested the wall squat. The added support, the static position and the fact that you can adjust the legs until you find a comfortable position makes them perfect.
