Class types:

Dance Therapy *no dance experience necessary*:

An integrated and mindfully structured practice of gently moving the body in all the different angles and shapes until you find your own individual flow. Imagine a harmonious blend of martial arts, tai-chi, and contemporary dance.

Foundational correctional movement workout:

A class structured to work up the heart rate, bring awareness to breathe and call upon the smaller muscles groups to rise to the challenge. Class will consist of fundamental exercises like squats, lunges, pulls and push ups that focus hugely on technique and moving through the FULL range of motion.

Class Times:
7am, 8am, 9am
5pm, 6pm, 7pm.
Mon-Fri.

Drop ins $20
8 Pack $10

Bookings are taken at least 1 day in advance.
12hr cancellation policy applies.

I am offering free trial - one on one or bring a friend or two - sessions with me at Marrickville Park, Arncliffe Park & Cahill Park for all new comers.
The session will be bodyweight resistant training for all levels.
The session will challenge your strength and stability in a fun variety of ways.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s.
6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, or 9:00am.
45min sessions.
