If you've been sitting for most of the day… this one's for you.
This simple Magic Ring exercise helps open up the hips, stretch the groin and inner thighs, and improve mobility through your lower body.
As you extend your leg, keep the arch of your foot connected to the ring, and move with control.
It might look gentle, but don't underestimate it.
Sometimes the movements that make the biggest difference aren't the hardest ones—they're the ones that help your body move more freely.
Move well today, so your body keeps moving well tomorrow.

It's easy to think change means becoming a completely different person.
But most of the time, it doesn't.
It looks like making one decision that the old version of you wouldn't have made:
- Walking through the doors at the gym after work instead of going straight home.
- Trying something even though you're not sure you'll be good at it.
- Asking for help instead of trying to figure everything out on your own.
Those moments seem small, but they're how identity changes.
Not all at once.
Just one decision at a time.
One day you realise you haven't become someone new at all.
You've simply become more of the person you always wanted to be.

It's funny how we accept that careers can change.
Homes can change.
Friendships can change.
Even our interests can change.
But somewhere along the way, we start believing this version of us is permanent.
"I'm just not that active anymore."
"I'm not the person who goes to the gym."
"I've never been confident."
As though those things are facts instead of stories we've repeated often enough to believe.
The truth is, you're allowed to outgrow old versions of yourself.
You're allowed to surprise yourself.
Maybe the person you're becoming has been waiting for you to stop introducing yourself as the person you used to be.
What's one story about yourself you're ready to stop believing?
When you look around, something stands out.
Most people aren't looking to be the strongest person in the room. They're not trying to outdo the person training beside them or prove that they belong.
They're simply focused on themselves.
Some are working towards a personal best. Others are rebuilding strength after time away. Some are just happy they made it through the door today.
Every session looks a little different because every person walks in with a different goal.
Around here, progress isn't about being better than someone else. It's about leaving feeling a little better than when you arrived.
And we think that's something worth celebrating. 👏

❄️ COLD OUTSIDE. WARM INSIDE.
It’s not just about training…
It’s about feeling supported when motivation drops.
Real people.
Real smiles.
Real progress — together 💚
This winter we’re showing up for each other.
🔥 Our 6 WEEK WINTER RESET is now live.
No child dreams of growing up and feeling like they're constantly catching up.
Life just happens.
- More responsibility.
- More people relying on you.
- More reasons to put yourself second.
Until one day, you realise you can't remember the last time you did something simply because it made you feel good.
The beautiful thing is that you don't have to change your whole life to reconnect with yourself.
Sometimes it starts with protecting one hour that reminds you you're more than everything you do for everyone else.

Somewhere along the way, "busy" stopped describing your week and started describing you.
You're the busy mum.
The busy dad.
The busy manager.
The busy partner.
Eventually, it's all anyone asks about.
Them: "How have you been?"
You: "Busy."
It's almost become a badge of honour.
But here's the uncomfortable part.
When you're always busy, it's easy to forget who you are underneath all the roles you play.
Maybe that's why an hour to yourself feels so unfamiliar.
Maybe it's not because you don't have time.
Maybe it's because you've forgotten what it feels like to have any.
What part of you has been waiting underneath "busy"?

🏆 Mark Kehoe!! June Gym Ju**ie – 25 Visits 🏆
Twenty-five visits in the middle of winter is about so much more than attendance.
It's choosing to keep the promise you made to yourself, even when the mornings are cold, the days are shorter, and staying home feels like the easier option.
Every workout was another decision to invest in strength, health, and the future. Not because motivation was there every day, but because consistency became the habit.
Progress isn't built during the days when everything feels easy. It's built in the moments when you show up anyway.
Congratulations on an incredible June Mark. Twenty-five visits is an outstanding achievement, but the determination behind every one of those visits is what deserves the biggest applause. 👏❄️💪

Most people think Romanian Deadlifts or RDLs are a back exercise, but this exercise actually targets your glutes and hamstrings.
Keep the bar close to your legs as you push your hips back. Do not push your knees forward.
Keep a neutral spine and squeeze your glutes to stand back up.
Remember it is a hip hinge, not a squat!
