Most wellness practices don’t need to be complicated 💚
One of my favourite morning rituals is dry skin brushing.
Before stepping into the shower, I spend just a couple of minutes gently brushing my skin towards the heart.
Many people find it helps:
✨ Stimulate circulation
✨ Exfoliate dry skin
✨ Support lymphatic flow
✨ Create a moment of mindful self-care
The best part? It costs very little and takes less than 2 minutes.
