Since I’m surrounded by COVID and winter I’m just going start posting recipes because I have nothing else going on ATM! So here’s my healthier version on chicken and spinach lasagna, I used cauliflower wraps instead of pasta, fat free cream cheese, ricotta, chicken stock and a little wine for the sauce. I marinated my greens in balsamic and garlic for 30 before I roast them. So now I’ve done something productive today I’ll head back to watching jersey shore, cause that’s all I got 🤷🏼‍♀️🙌🏻🤔❄️

Day 10/11 quarantine workout. Day 11 workout is 7 minute rounds with 1 minute rest. On top of my daily workouts I usually walk 6km 5/7 days of the week so I’m absolutely chomping at the bit to get outside now! Tomorrow is escape day and it can’t come quick enough 2 days of freedom then back I go into isolation at least this time I’ll be in a house🏠 @ Hilton Sydney

Day 9 hotel quarantine workout. My calf has still been sore so the last 2 days so I’ve been doing some stretching with bands. This is a quick 15 minute workout that will take it out of you if you put your max effort into each round. Follow by 5 to 10 minutes of stretching or yoga poses. Easy peasy 💪🏻
