A few months ago Rochelle decided to go full steam ahead with her fitness and go full Powa!

In the time she began her program with us she has:

🔥 Reduced 8.9kg
📏 Down 33cm total on chest, waist and hips
🏋🏽‍♀️ Personal bests on all her lifts
🍏 Improved her daily eating habits
🏃‍♀️ Getting ready to run her first half marathon

🔥BERNIE THE BURNER🔥

Over the last 6 months Bernie has been absolutely smashing her goals! From day 1 she has been putting in her best effort to achieve her goals. In the last 6 months with the help of our guidance, Bernie has achieved some phenomenal milestones with us including:

💪 Unassisted Pull ups

💪 Push ups on the toes

💦☕️3 hydration tips to keep yourself properly hydrated:

1. Mix 1x serving of electrolytes once a day to your water. Even though you’re drinking over 2L a day, the water we consume today lack the right amount of essential minerals found in natural spring water.

2. Drink from a glass or metal bottle, drinking from plastic bottles will leave microplastics in your water which makes it easier to swallow these plastics. Plastics are carcinogenic, and also a hormone disruptor.

3. To cleanse your stomach in the morning from the previous day, make your own tea from scratch with 3 ingredients, water, squeezed lemon juice and a tsp of honey. Once water is mixed add desired juice and honey then stir and drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

🔥FIRST 10 WEEKS🔥

6kg down, 30.5cm down, Muscle mass up and feeling high on life all in a span of 10 weeks! Bernie has absolutely smashed her first 10 weeks and shows no sign of slowing down!

Bernie has completed every weekly task whether it was lifestyle choice or training in the 10 weeks block she began with us at Powa Fitness. Despite the odd weeks of being down, out and sick, she still went full Powa!
