🚀 We’re excited to announce the launch of our 8-week high-performance strength & conditioning program designed specifically for young athletes.⁣

This program will be offered for youth athletes aged 13-18 years old, where our expert coaches will guide participants through a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on developing strength, speed, power, agility and overall athletic performance.⁣

Key program features:⁣
▪️ 8-week strength & conditioning program (4 days per week)⁣
▪️ Theory sessions on our 5 Pillars of Performance (Sleep, Nutrition, Recovery, Training & Mindset)⁣
▪️ Goal setting and mental preparation with our in-house psychologist⁣

A massive congratulations to two of the fittest and finest women for placing 3rd 🥉 at HYROX Sydney 2025 for the Women’s Double 55-59 age group.⁣

About 8 weeks ago, the girls started really dialling into HYROX-specific training with the goal of clocking 1:20 in mind to make Nationals… and of course they clocked it! Our fingers are crossed as we wait for an update on their progression to Nationals 🤞!!⁣

A lot of time, sweat, extra sessions and worry all paid off by an unrivalled level of commitment and dedication from two incredible women — a true inspiration to us all 🙏 ⁣
