Almost wasn’t here to talk about this. 3 months ago today I underwent emergency brain surgery. Unbeknownst to me I had a cyst in my brain… It was blocking spinal fluid. I had a condition called Hydrocephalus as a result. There were headaches, and legs going numb at the worst possible time. Today I had an MRI, hopefully the last one. Recovery has been slow, a lot of fatigue, a lot of sleep, a lot of Netflix. But I’m alive and well. I’m back in the gym. 10kg heavier than before the operation, but bear with me, if you’ve read this far, THANK YOU. I intend to post my progress and show how knowledge applied correctly can produce incredible results even after major surgery. I how this will inspire some of you guys to a) get your health checked regularly with your doctor and b) see that no matter what you can get your self in shape. The 10kg will come off quick, and my energy is at 75% of what it was before. Comment with an AMEN if you’re grateful to be alive too.

Just an important announcement Facebook peeps. This is a reminder to get yourself to your doctor, get yourself checked and don’t put anything off.

Checkitty check yourself before you wreck yourself.

This is a major reason why hy don’t insist all my clients report their blood pressure weekly and HRV score to me.

Anything that is amiss could be monitored, picked up and checked by a professional.

I hand let a room’s of light headed ness and numb limbs go on too long dismissing it as my usually low blood pressure.

My doc sent me for an MRI. There was a cyst growing in my brain blocking fluid circulation and causing limb numbness.

Even people like me can read the symptoms wrong.
Today I underwent emergency brain surgery.
If not picked up and I I didn’t make the decision to act fast. I would have been BROWN BREAD.

So FFS lads, stop acting like a man as I did and dismissed things by kicking the can down the road.

I’m damn lucky everything fell in to place over the last week and good people helped me.

Lads, sort your s**t out. There are people who need you to be around.

New client Con sending some feedback on his first two week detox and vitamin load.
Down from 95lg to 85.7kg already. Almost 10kg in 2 weeks.
When you vitamin load and detox it give the body the opportunity to dump toxins and clean out the bilges so to speak.

He didn’t guess. He didn’t wing it. He followed the plan—and got shredded.
