End of an era 💜
After 20 years in the Health & Fitness industry, today I finish up as a PT. This was the gorgeous Winter sunrise for my last Bootcamp session ✨️
Too many people to tag as I have gained so many friends from training, but a big thanks to everyone for letting me in to your lives, letting me boss you around and giving me so many amazing memories to look back on in my career. I love you all 🥰

Annnnd that's a wrap on the Tokyo Olympics 💚💛 Australia have finished with a total of 46 medals - 17 which are GOLD 🥇
Not ideal that we have been in lockdown, but it was so awesome to be able to watch the games live with the kids and that they are at an age where they are just as invested in everything as I am 🥰
Together we were able to witness the worlds top athletes competing for their country and some amazing acts of true sportsmanship from our Aussies and athletes all around the world 🌏
.. Now waiting for restrictions to be lifted so we can get back to all things sports

21 year old Ash Molony has won the bronze medal for Australia after recording amazing times/heights/distances in his 10 events over 2 days in the Men's Decathlon 🙌

Best thing about homeschooling is that I give the kids extra long breaks so we can watch the Olympics together, and seeing Kaylee win GOLD in 100m backstroke was awesome 🥇💚💛
