Briars offer various standard of Rugby, So it really doesn’t matter if you haven’t played before, with strong leadership groups, Briars will never let you fail or falter. Our experienced heads can teach you rugby one on one, you just need to bring your enthusiasm. Briars Rugby fields teams in Minis (5-9yrs), Juniors (10-17yrs), Colts (17-21yrs), Women's 7s (17+) and Men's (21+)

Difficult day with some very Irish weather but first grade with the comeback win to finish off the day.
We go again next weekend against St Patrick’s “away” in Strathfield for leg 2 of the Parramatta Road Classic.

Always a different game up in Newport. Humbled but we get our chance in only a few weeks on the return leg. Congrats to the team of week to those who stepped up on a tough day.
This next week we will be playing Irish at Rockdale and Camden in Camden for a split round. Third of the way through the season and a number of grades well in finals contention. We go again!

On the big road trip to Newport this week to take on the boys from the beach. Earlier kickoff for 4s but otherwise all as per usual as we continue season 2026

Some lessons learnt in grade but the mighty colties get up! Another big home game done as we prepare for a few away games in the next few weeks.

Bring the family down to Rothwell Park this Saturday for a fun filled day of rugby as we take on UNSW across five grades of footy in our Family Round.
Head back to .sports where the kids can run around in the family fun area, grab a bite with and enjoy the footy on all the brand new BIG screens throughout the club.
With both first grade teams undefeated so far this season it should be a great spectacle for all the supporters. See you in Concord this weekend!

Another big week in the bag. Right in all games but lacking the finishing touches in most grades; congrats to the team of the week for this week!
Big win in first grade means they are 3-0 to start the season and battle UNSW next week in a battle of the undefeated teams- at ROTHWELL PARK. What an occasion it’s going to be!
