Ready to challenge your strength and stability? Here are three fabulous exercises featured in our app that will help you tone those muscles and improve your knee and hip stability! Letโs go! ๐๐ฅ
1๏ธโฃ Reverse Lunge into Front Kick:
This dynamic movement not only targets your glutes and quads but also enhances balance and coordination. As you step back into a lunge, focus on keeping your knee aligned over your ankle. Then, push through your front heel to kick forward, engaging your core for stability. Keep those hips steady and controlled! 3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg!
2๏ธโฃ One Leg Glute Bridge:
Fire up those glutes and hamstrings while also working on hip stability! Lying on your back, extend one leg up while pushing through your heel of the other foot. This move challenges your core and pelvic stability, helping prevent knee misalignment. Squeeze your glutes at the top for maximum toning! Aim for 3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg! ๐
3๏ธโฃ Side Lunges:
Step out wide to the side and lower into a lunge, keeping your knee aligned with your toes. This movement not only strengthens your inner and outer thighs but also promotes hip flexibility and strength. Maintain a high chest and engaged core for deeper stability! Complete 3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg! ๐ฆต๐ซ
