Today I wanted to share some more exercise tips with you all, focusing on the movement showcased in the video below called a โ€œdumbbell thrusterโ€ or โ€œsquat-to-shoulder pressโ€! ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ

This movement focuses on many aspects of strengthening, making it a very efficient & beneficial exercise that can easily be done at home!

All youโ€™ll need is a pair of dumbbells! โœ…๐Ÿก

The Dumbbell Thruster helps to improve strength in the following areas:

๐Ÿ”ฅ Hips (glutes/hamstrings)
๐Ÿ”ฅ Knees (quadriceps)
๐Ÿ”ฅ Shoulders & arms (deltoids/triceps)

This movement also requires posture management, which aids in core strengthening & stability (abdominal/lower-mid back)!

I would highly advise adding this exercise to your next home workout routine, aiming to use a dumbbell weight that allows for 20 repetitions with correct technique as displayed in the video! โœ…

Ready to challenge your strength and stability? Here are three fabulous exercises featured in our app that will help you tone those muscles and improve your knee and hip stability! Letโ€™s go! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ”ฅ

1๏ธโƒฃ Reverse Lunge into Front Kick:
This dynamic movement not only targets your glutes and quads but also enhances balance and coordination. As you step back into a lunge, focus on keeping your knee aligned over your ankle. Then, push through your front heel to kick forward, engaging your core for stability. Keep those hips steady and controlled! 3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg!

2๏ธโƒฃ One Leg Glute Bridge:
Fire up those glutes and hamstrings while also working on hip stability! Lying on your back, extend one leg up while pushing through your heel of the other foot. This move challenges your core and pelvic stability, helping prevent knee misalignment. Squeeze your glutes at the top for maximum toning! Aim for 3 sets of 15-20 reps each leg! ๐Ÿ‘

3๏ธโƒฃ Side Lunges:
Step out wide to the side and lower into a lunge, keeping your knee aligned with your toes.
