This week is all about the core !! Core = More Than Abs
Forget crunches for a second. Your real core includes:
• Diaphragm (yep, your breathing muscle!)
• Deep abdominals
• Pelvic floor
• Multifidus and spinal stabilisers
Think of your core as a team, not a single muscle.
It matters:
• Keeps your spine stable
• Reduces injury risk
• Improves posture and movement in everyday life
💡 When you exhale during movement and engage gently through the lower belly and pelvic floor—you’re building real, functional strength.
