Team Building activities show us who takes leadership roles, who the quiet ones are, who are the ones that are always in agreement and which ones have a strong opinion of their own. That's the making of any team and the roles that go along with it.

Players are always trying to get better. Well so are us coaches - we swallow our own advice and lead by example. This year Coach Cam was fortunate enough to be named as head coach for under 23 year old youth league.

Learning isn't the hard part - taking the first step is. Let this be the last first step you'll need to worry about on your journey to becoming a great basketball player.

For a team where only 2 out of 7 players have every played basketball before - was amazing to win the under 16s title at our local comp.

Having fun is a big part of playing well.
