Renaming our Beginners class :) This class is compeltely focused on the basics. Setting a good foundation for your pilates practice. Allowing you to learn, alignment, form, breathe and the foundational moves to build on during your journey at Core Synergy. Which we always hope is a long and thriving one.

Natasha Petkovski Holistic Counsellor - is a local meditation practitioner and holistic counsellor. She's a mum of 2, and using the CALM Connection Framework, Natasha supports families to restore calm in their homes. She brings real life empathy, practical tools and mindful practices to address concerns and reduce overwhelm. She offers group meditation classes and individual counselling sessions at flexible hours to suit your family.
