It’s safe to say that in creating VITRUVIAN HEALTH, we were certainly inspired by Leonard Da Vinci’s ‘Vitruvian Man’. Drawn around the year 1487 of a man named ‘Vitruvius Pollio’, a famed architect, the drawing depicts a male figure in two superimposed positions with separated arms and legs inscribed in a circle and square.
The Vitruvian Man symbolises the proportional relationship of the human body with respect to nature and its surrounds - an ideal foundation for a personal training company. And so was born VITRUVIAN HEALTH.
