Strong legs and glutes can make a big difference during pregnancy 🤍🌿

In this online pregnancy yoga class, we focused on stretching and strengthening the lower body to help support your changing posture, improve stability and balance, and reduce strain on the back and pelvis 🤰✨

Building strength in the legs and glutes can also help prepare your body for the physical demands of labour, birth, and caring for your baby postpartum 💛

Safe, functional movement that supports you through every stage of pregnancy 🌿

Pregnancy can feel like a deeply personal journey—but you don’t have to go through it alone 🤍

In our in-studio pregnancy yoga classes, mums come together to move, breathe, rest, and support each other through every stage of pregnancy 🌿🤰

It’s a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and take time just for you and your baby 💛

Because sometimes, the most powerful part of pregnancy yoga isn’t just the movement—it’s the feeling of being supported ✨

Are tight shoulders, neck tension, or an aching back becoming all too familiar? 🤍

Hours spent at a desk, looking down at our phones, or caring for a baby can leave us rounded through the shoulders and upper back, affecting not only our posture but also our breathing and overall wellbeing 🌿

Today's featured stretch is the Doorway Stretch 🚪✨ A simple yet effective heart opener that helps release tension through the chest and shoulders, improve posture, and create more space for deeper breathing.

To try it:
💛 Place your hands on either side of a door frame
💛 Step one foot forward into a gentle lunge
💛 Press your chest forward while gently pressing your hands or forearms into the frame

You can also try a variation with your hands placed higher on the door frame for a deeper stretch.

A few moments of stretching each day can make a big difference in how your body feels 🤰🌿

🌿 Hello June 🌿

A new month is a beautiful opportunity to pause and check in with yourself 🤍

Pregnancy isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about listening to your body, adapting to its changing needs, and caring for yourself with kindness along the way ✨

As we begin a new month, we'd love to know:

💛 What is one intention you'd like to set for yourself this June?

Maybe it's:
🌿 Taking more time to rest
🌿 Moving your body regularly
🌿 Practising your breathing
🌿 Staying hydrated
🌿 Making time for yourself

Share your June intention in the comments below 👇✨

Let's encourage each other as we move through this month together 🤰🤍

We love hearing stories like this from our mums 🤍✨

“I hadn't done yoga before my pregnancy, I started at 20+ weeks and found the classes easy to follow, great for helping prepare my body for birth and i felt it helped me recover faster.” — Athena 🌿

One of the things we care deeply about in our prenatal yoga classes is creating a welcoming and supportive space for all mums — even if you’ve never done yoga before 🤰💛

Our classes are designed to safely support your changing body through pregnancy with gentle movement, strengthening, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that help prepare you for birth and recovery.

Thank you so much, Athena, for your beautiful recommendation and for allowing us to be part of your pregnancy journey ✨

Did you know your pelvic floor works extra hard during pregnancy? 🤍🌿

Your pelvic floor is a group of muscles that supports your bladder, uterus, and bowels — and as your baby grows, these muscles carry increasing weight and pressure 🤰

Keeping your pelvic floor healthy during pregnancy can help:
✨ Reduce back and pelvic pain
✨ Support your body for labour and birth
✨ Improve postpartum recovery
✨ Reduce the risk of issues like bladder leaks and pelvic floor weakness

That’s why pelvic floor work is incorporated into our pregnancy yoga classes 💛 Through safe, guided movement and exercises, we help mums learn how to strengthen, engage, and connect with their pelvic floor in a way that supports both pregnancy and birth preparation.

Because pregnancy yoga isn’t just about stretching — it’s about giving your body practical tools to support you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond ✨

A gentle reminder for every mum who needs this today 🤍

Pregnancy can come with so many expectations — what you should eat, how you should feel, what you should be doing, and endless advice from every direction ✨

But you do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to compare your journey to anyone else’s. And you do not need to do pregnancy “perfectly.” 🌿

Your body is changing. You’re growing a baby. You’re adapting every single day — and that in itself is already enough 💛

If you could give another pregnant mum one piece of advice, what would it be? Share it below 👇

Pregnancy has a way of reminding us to listen more closely to our bodies 🤍

Sometimes we keep pushing through exhaustion, tension, or overwhelm because we feel like we "should" keep doing everything as normal. But your body is already doing something incredible every day 🌿🤰

A gentle reminder today: slowing down isn't falling behind. Sometimes it looks like resting, breathing deeply, stretching, or simply giving yourself permission to pause 💛

Save this as a reminder for the days your body asks for a little extra care ✨
